  1. Thinner face
    • Before losing weight, my face wasn’t even one of the spots I wanted to lose weight from, but since i shed the pounds I can’t go one day without hearing, “your face thinned out so much! it looks great.”
  2. Skinnier fingers
    • I always hated my hands because my fingers were stubby, losing weight made my hands thinner and more slender, and I can even wear rings from when I was younger.
  3. Smaller feet
    • At my heaviest I wore a size 9! Now I’m wearing a 7.5/8. This makes shopping much easier, and I can borrow my friends’ shoes now.
  4. My skin has improved drastically
    • All the water, fruits, and veggies, I take in have really cleared my complexion.. all over. I used to get small pimples and bumps on my legs, those are now gone too !
  5. I’ve had asthma my whole life
    • I still take my medicine daily, but I haven’t had an asthma attack since I weighed 140 about 3 months ago. Prior to that, I had them about twice a week.
  6. Saves my family $$$
    • No one realized how much I was eating! On my worst days I was consuming up to 4 times the amount of calories I am now. My mom is very thankful, we save about $50 a week.
  7. More stable emotions, and reactions to stress
    • Before I began working out and eating whole foods every day, I would basically PMS all month long. Crying, screaming, and fighting with my family and boyfriend at the drop of a hat. Now that my body is healthier my mind is better able to handle everything life throws at me.
  8. Drastically improved sleep
    • I was diagnosed with insomnia, DSPS, and SAD when I was 13. All three conditions stopped once I started my diet & exercise routine.
  9. Less stinky
    • Basically, I just smell better. No need to elaborate on that one :)
  10. Even energy levels
    • I’m alert upon waking up (8am), instead of groggy for at least two hours, have good, even energy throughout the day, & get sleepy at the same time every night (12am) I used to constantly be tired, and sleep for up to 15 hours a day. Probably trying to digest a bunch of junk.
